What you’ll be doing on the job
- Lead and manage a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical staff to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
- Oversee the entire SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Implement and manage DevOps methodologies to improve deployment frequency and reduce the time to market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure the development team is equipped with the necessary tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in ERP (D365), digital solutions, and retail technologies.
