Technical Engineer Support - Healthcare IT

This position is offered on a permanent basis with 6-months’ probation period, confirmation is subject to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support sale team activities and recommend suitable system and solutions to the customer requests received.

Prepare proposals and quotations as required within established timelines, under the supervision of senior staffs.

Work with Brand Principal to get technical documents of the products and know-how, to support tenders or projects.

Keep all technical documents, job sheets and records up to date.

Provide technical support and product training to the clients as and when required.

Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers as and when required.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate on diploma or higher in engineering, computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge on CAD software is required.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (write and speak).

Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Write and speak in Mandarin, technical knowledge on basic electrical / ELV, IP networking system is an advantage

Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, self-discipline, positive attitude, and able to work independently in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.

Willing to travel and have driving license with own transport.
