Technical Engineer Manager (Maintenance)

Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Engineer Manager (Maintenance) to join our team in Port Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our manufacturing facility.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee Company assets upkeep & maintenance (Machines, equipment, premise & office)
• Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all assets
• Monitor and analyse factory’s assets performance and make recommendations for improvement to Management
• Spare parts management on all assets to ensure parts availability, suitability and continuous functionality.
• Technical support (Process & Machine) on New Product Development (NPD)
• Continuous improvement on process flow and productivity through technology advancement and machinery upgrade or improvement
• Ensure compliances of all regulations (Safety & GMP)
• Leadership and Team Management.
• Monitor productivity of Team members
• Conduct performance appraisals on Team members
• Mentor and recommending training for Team members

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in a similar technical engineering management role, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, machinery, and maintenance best practices
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and overseas (e.g. China) machinery suppliers
