Fresh graduate who is going to graduate or has graduated in year 2025 and 2026.

Job Descriptions

Provide technical support for energy storage and solar inverter project bidding processes, including identifying project risks and key assumptions, and proposing effective solutions until all risks are resolved.

Assume responsibility for technical management and quality management throughout the delivery of energy storage and solar inverter projects. This includes experience in managing data center turnkey projects encompassing subsystems such as civil works, power supply and distribution, energy storage, solar power generation, monitoring and management, and fire protection. Effectively coordinate with all subsystem teams to resolve technical issues promptly and align with the project delivery schedule.

Offer technical support for ongoing project maintenance, focusing on resolving issues that impact customer satisfaction. Address related concerns in a timely manner according to the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain a customer‑centric approach to identify key product serviceability gaps from a project execution perspective. Drive internal product improvement initiatives based on field feedback to enhance overall product competitiveness.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Power Generation, Energy Storage, Communication Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
