Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to manage drawing controls and assist with technical specifications in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least a degree and 1 year of relevant experience, along with skills in AutoCAD software and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree holder.
• At least 1 year working experience in building construction or similar field.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD software.
• Strong organizational and leadership skill.

Responsibilities

• Control drawing stages from design to as-built.
• Manage LLE control from technical spec to T&C.
• Communicate with third-party consultants for compliance.
• Support Tender team on technical spec and design changes.
• Assist Lead Engineer with project documentation.
• Help with system T&C.
• Assist space management control.

• Drawing Control from Desing, Tender, IFC and Shop Drawing until as built will assist by drafter;
• LLE control from technical spec, fabrication drawing, FAT, delivery, SAT until T&C;
• To communicate with third party consultant for all authority requirement/compliance submission till inspection and certification (including DOE,JKKP and etc);
• To support Tender team on scope, technical spec, BOQ and design change;
• To assist Lead engineer for project documents such as Submittal, RFI, RFQ, schedule, reporting, field instruction, site Memo, SOR, MOM, etc.;
• To assist Lead Engineer for system T&C;
• To assist space management engineer/lead for space management control.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree holder;
• At least 1 year working experience in building construction or similar field;
• Ability to operate AutoCAD software;
• Strong organizational and leadership skill.
