AGENSI PEKERJAAN GLOBAL HIRE SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Engineer (Civil & Construction) to join our engineering team. This role offers exposure to civil, structural, infrastructure, port and marine construction projects.

Fresh graduates and engineers with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided; strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred; good English, Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and 1–3 years of engineering experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Civil/Structural/Infrastructure/Port/Marine projects advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, technical specs and construction methods.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, technical specs and project requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, engineering reports, method statements and project documentation.
• Assist with technical submissions, tender documentation and project presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and internal project teams on technical matters.
• Support engineering design review and technical problem-solving.
• Maintain proper engineering documentation and technical records.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.

Salary Range
RM5,000 – RM7,000

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Engineer to join our engineering team in Kuala Lumpur.

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to civil, structural, infrastructure, port and marine construction projects while working closely with experienced engineering and project teams.

Candidates with a strong Civil Engineering or Construction background are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates and junior engineers are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, engineering reports, method statements and project documentation.
• Assist with technical submissions, tender documentation and project presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and internal project teams on technical matters.
• Support engineering design review and technical problem-solving.
• Assist in reviewing construction methods, drawings and technical requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, technical discussions and site visits when required.
• Support project teams during tendering and project execution.
• Maintain proper engineering documentation and technical records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Foundation, Bridge, Construction, Port or Marine projects will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, technical specifications and construction methods.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of structural or engineering software will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage.
