Job description

To prepare cost estimate, quotation and technical proposal.

Follow up on quotations in response to client queries and provide internal sales support.

To provide technical support to Sales Dept.

Liaise with internal & external stakeholder for drawing and document submission, factory acceptance test (FAT), site acceptance test (SAT), procurement, delivery, installation (if any), testing and commissioning.

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.

To assist in scheduling / organising exhibitions and training arrangements.

To manage and maintain of technical documents.

Attend to customer complaint and cooperate with servicing department for solution.

Liaise with local authorities during application and approval process of company product certification by SPAN.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering /Chemistry or related industry

Working experience in Sewerage, Water & Wastewater industry is an advantage.

Highly self-motivated & able to work independently.

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
