Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is looking for a professional to manage technical data within IFS. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in IT and has at least 1 year of experience in technical data management, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting IFS issues, and crafting related work instructions. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in technical data management or IT development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of technical data in IFS.
• Create Part Catalog and Inventory Part in IFS.
• Prepare BOM and activities for flexibles, DRAPS, end fittings, etc.
• Troubleshoot IFS issues and maintain data integrity.
• Upload project documents to EDMS (OpenText).
• Write procedures and work instructions related to technical data management.
