Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Agile or BA or Scrum Master certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
  • 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consulting or client‑facing Agile environment
  • Proven expertise in process design, persona development and user experience analysis
  • Experienced capturing and documenting both functional and non‑functional requirements
  • Managed stakeholder expectations, scope changes, risks and communications with clarity and professionalism
  • Proven ability to work with developers, testers and product owners to support solution delivery
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies with hands‑on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in defining sprint goals, breakdown user stories and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
  • Expert in backlog management techniques
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospective
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle, system architecture, APIs, data models and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools or SQL would be an advantage.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Managing the full project lifecycle across multiple simultaneous client engagements, from planning through delivery and transition
  • Excellent stakeholder (internal consultants, development teams and external vendors) engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with BPMN modelling tools
  • Ability to manage team dynamics and remove delivery roadblocks
  • Organized, outcomes‑focused and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments
  • Skilled in leading risk management and issue resolution
  • Proactive in process improvement and delivery governance
