Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, gas release systems, kitchen suppression systems, and other related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and hardware/software issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Complete all service documentation with accuracy and timeliness, including detailed service reports, inspection certificates, and deficiency notices.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, professionally communicating with clients on-site to explain work performed and system status.
• Able to lead the team to be more positive and more efficient
• Manage truck inventory, ensuring parts and tools are well-organized and adequately stocked.
