We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at JP Caliber. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top tech talent across various clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technology-related positions (Software Engineers, Developers, Cybersecurity Analysts, Data Specialists, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Work closely with the senior consultants to understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring goals.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Stay updated with current technology trends, tools, and skill sets in demand within the tech industry.
- Contribute to team targets and collaborate with peers to meet company hiring objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (tech recruitment experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-curious mindset — ability to understand basic tech roles and terminologies.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to grow within the recruitment industry.
