We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at JP Caliber. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top tech talent across various clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technology-related positions (Software Engineers, Developers, Cybersecurity Analysts, Data Specialists, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Work closely with the senior consultants to understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring goals.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Stay updated with current technology trends, tools, and skill sets in demand within the tech industry.
  • Contribute to team targets and collaborate with peers to meet company hiring objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (tech recruitment experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-curious mindset — ability to understand basic tech roles and terminologies.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
