The Opportunity:
Join us as a Tech Business Analyst to support the development of our web application serving customers in the Asia Pacific Region.

Be part of a new team building an end-to-end Digital Native Insurance Platform designed for high automation and straight-through processing across the full insurance value chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders on product & process requirements.
  • Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
  • Make pragmatic decisions, communicate effectively, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Document data requirements for products like quotations, policies, and claims.
  • Document business rules for automation and process management.
  • Configure products, processes, and rules in the system (training provided).
  • Collaborate with IT vendors, partners, and internal teams for project delivery.

Experiences & Skills:

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Insurance industry experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • Coding experience (any technology) is a plus.
  • Recent Agile delivery experience is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of IT project delivery, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Influencing skills and ability to work across diverse Asian cultures.
