Tech Harvest Capital is seeking a proactive Livestream Back-end Admin to support daily livestream operations and social media content. You will handle backend livestream tasks, assist during live shows, and respond to customer inquiries while coordinating with the team.

The role also involves creating creatives for livestream requests, managing media assets, and maintaining catalogs on our website and marketplaces. A knack for video editing and social content is valuable.

Formación

• Experience managing livestreams or live events.
• Proficiency in basic video editing and creating social posts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage livestream back-end tasks (streamer mgmt, vouchers, banners).
• Act as back-end admin during official live shows for smooth flow.
• Respond to customer and seller inquiries on livestream.
• Generate creatives for ad-hoc livestream requests.
• Assist in managing team workflow to ensure timely submissions and tasks.
• Prepare and manage materials (image, video, reels) for daily social media posts across platforms.
• Maintain product catalogs on website and marketplaces.
• Create/edit social media videos creatively.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• 1. Responsible and manage livestream back-end related matters (e.g., streamer management, vouchers, banners etc.)
• 2. Act as back-end admin during official live shows to ensure smooth flow
• 3. Respond to customer and seller inquiries on livestream
• 4. Generate creatives for ad-hoc livestream requests
• 5. Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in timely manner
• 6. Prepare and manage materials (image, video and reels) for daily social media posting at Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok/Shopee Mall Feed Post/Story
• 7. Prepare, manage and maintain products catalogs in website and marketplaces
• 8. Able to be creative in creating and editing video for social media content
• 9. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
