This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful deployment of education technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a BDR team of 6-8 sales specialists and technical consultants.
  • Drive adoption and implementation of Cloud solutions across commercial organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, and sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet enterprise goals and KPIs.
  • Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and career development support to team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and support.
  • Stay updated on trends in SaaS, and cloud computing to inform strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, , Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in team management in managing team handing enterprise customers for Outbound calling .
  • Excellent Language Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong understanding of Software and SaaS platforms .
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud companies.
  • Technical certifications in cloud platforms
