Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all advertised product, facilities, and services are correct and updated.
  • Maintain assets in good condition and train team members to do the same.
  • Participate in ensuring safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
  • Provide and organise training to improve professional skills of the team.
  • Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
  • Ensure goods returns are done according to procedures.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
  • 2‑3 years of experience in retail operations management or related field.
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams.
