Join our HRIS Consultant Team as a Project Consulting Team Manager and drive client project deliveries on HR system, including payroll and leave modules.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of payroll and leave system implementations, managing cross-functional teams to execute feature adjustments and system setups for external clients across APAC.

Manage and mentor the BA Team to ensure effective requirement gathering and solution design.

Responsible for technical manpower management and allocation.

Drive the configuration and integration of HRIS systems to deliver optimized solutions.

Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methods to ensure timely delivery.

Oversee HRIS product roadmap and drive continuous improvement.

Translate business needs into clear requirements for the tech team.

Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and improve user experience.

Lead data management and use automation tools to streamline processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years technical experience in payroll systems is a MUST.

Proven track record of people management and team leadership.

Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
