Job description
  • Assist the Sales Head in defining sales job requirements and supporting recruitment activities for the Mobile Sales Team, including identifying and recommending suitable candidates.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and training to members of the Mobile Sales Team to enhance product knowledge, sales capability, and overall performance.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new members of the Mobile Sales Team and continuously support the development and performance improvement of existing team members.
  • Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to Mobile Sales Team members based on skills and project requirements, and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Implement and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Mobile Sales Team as directed by the Sales Head and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Actively participate in sales activities and be responsible for achieving assigned individual sales targets, while supporting the overall performance of the Mobile Sales Team.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit sales and performance reports for assigned projects relating to the Mobile Sales Team to the Sales Head and/or management.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Sales Head or HOD from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any other discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably managing a mobile or site-based sales team.
  • Proven track record in achieving individual and team sales targets in the property development industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a mobile sales team.
  • Good understanding of property sales processes, Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) procedures, and relevant sales documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a flexible, mobile working environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage duty rosters and multiple project sites.
  • Willingness to travel and be deployed across different project sites, roadshows, or sales galleries as required.
