Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct on-field audits within the assigned region and provide necessary support topromoter.
- Monitor and reportpromoterdaily attendance (actual vs plan), including any EL/MC/AL updates.
- Ensurepromoterspromote assigned products and recruit targeted shoppers/consumers in-store.
- Ensurepromoteractivelyengagewith targeted shoppers and consistentlypromotethe brand.
- Ensurepromoterdeliveraccurateand complete product detailing as per expectations.
- Ensure wet sampling activities are performed hygienically and according to SOP.
- Communicate and updatepromoteron product information and promotion mechanics (if any).
- Ensure all datasubmittedbypromoteris truthful,accurate, and updatedin a timely manner.
- Monitor, report, and follow up on product stock levels in-store (low stock or out-of-stock situations).
- Coachpromoteron product knowledge, selling techniques, and engagement skills during activations.
- Build andmaintainstrong rapport with client sales representatives, merchandisers, and retailers.
- Manage day-to-day operations, following the Team Leader’s field checklist and completing daily tasks.
- Propose potential new outlets (for low-performing stores or newly openedlocations).
- Submit all required reports on time without delay.
- Ensure the overall welfare and well-being of PAs under your supervision.
Job Requirement
- Candidates mustpossessat leastSPMinbusinessadministration,operationsmanagementorequivalent.
- At least1yearsof work experience inFMCGindustry.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience inhandling daily operational issues.
- Problem Solvingskillsandmultitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to lead by example,maintaingood spirits and contributeteammorale.
- Results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.
