Job Description
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial Banking clienteles for their banking needs as well as target regional opportunities with the clienteles’ regional subsidiaries / diversifications
  • Provide leadership, direction and guidance to a team of Account Relationship Managers (ARM), ensuring their productivity, motivation and development
  • Monitor and evaluate team member's performance and providing constructive feedback/ support
  • To work with other Senior Leaders of same industry in other overseas units of UOB, on the following:
    • Knowledge sharing, on both business and risk aspects
    • To explore new business opportunity for a specific industry across UOB Group
    • To facilitate cross border transactions
    • To promote regional network of UOB
  • Broaden the commercial customer base with the team
  • Provide total banking solutions to both existing / new clienteles
  • Market, originate and complete deals with product partners, e.g. Global Markets, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, etc. closely
Job Requirements
  • A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Independent, reliable and meticulous in work approach
  • Flexible, as significant extended hours may be required during specific negotiations and transactions
  • Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and a team player
