Responsibilities
- Ensure sales growth is aligned with the Bank’s objective for Credit Cards and/or Balance Transfer & Fast Cash.
- Constant review of Business Units to ensure alignment with Business Plans by monitoring performance standards and street presence.
- Coaching of Direct Report and Indirect Reports for Talent Identification and Succession Planning.
- Provide Sales Training strategies to maximize distribution capabilities across all channels and products.
- Accurate and punctual sales performance reporting for Senior Management on sales submission, approval rates, standard of performance, product mix, penetration rate and average ticket size.
- Identify alternative business opportunities for expansion and accelerated growth.
- Liaison with key departments such as Marketing, Credit Processing and Customer Service.
- Ensure adherence to rules and guidelines on Selling and Compliance across all channels.
- Act as escalation point for customer complaints, miss-selling and fraud, ensuring proper investigation and resolution within defined turnaround time.
- Serve as Brand Ambassador of the Bank.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in banking sales management environment.
- Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture.
- At least 3 years in-depth sales experience in Unsecured Lending business.
- Awareness of consumer and market trends.
