Adcote Matrix International School (AMIS) is an established international school located in Seremban, Malaysia, approximately 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. We offer a broad and innovative curriculum from Early Years and Primary Cambridge International Curriculum and IPC, Secondary Cambridge curriculum, IGCSE and A Level based on a combination of IPC, Cambridge International Curriculum and the National Curriculum for England and Wales. Due to rapid expansion in the school, we are seeking a Teacher of Chemistry for August 2026 or earlier where possible. The ideal candidate is an innovative practitioner with strong subject knowledge and experience teaching IGCSE and A Level chemistry, who can create lessons that not only convey essential theoretical concepts but also connect them to real‑world applications. You will inspire curiosity through hands‑on experiments, practical activities, and collaborative learning. Your innovative teaching methods will engage students with diverse learning styles, using technology, visual aids and interactive resources to bring complex concepts to life, guiding them through the scientific process and helping them develop critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in the subject area; postgraduate teaching qualification required. Master’s degree desirable.
