Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista for IOI Mall Puchong. You will brew in-house beverages, manage inventory and receipts, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Candidate should have SPM certification, prior F&B experience is a plus, and own transport with willingness to travel. Competitive allowances, training, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• Prior F&B outlet experience is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep knowledge up-to-date for outlet tasks.

Responsibilities

• Brew beverages based on in-house recipe and assist in beverage preparation.
• Manage outlet inventory and ensure sufficient stock for daily sales.
• Handle receipts including cash, card payments and e-wallet transactions; ensure no missing payments.
• Ensure outlet operation guide is followed by staff at all times.
• Provide best customer experience and adequately handle complaints from customers.
• Monitor and maintain outlet cleanliness and equipment; arrange maintenance when needed.
• Participate in operations including preparation of beverages and cashier duties as required.

Job description

We are looking for Tea Barista at IOI Mall Puchong. At CHAGEE, we believe that all outlet staff is the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liner who bring the up most services and product to satisfy the needs of all CHAGEE’s customers.

Expected to work at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.

Manage and to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.

Manage outlets inventory, ensure sufficient inventory in place to meet daily sales made.

Manage all receipts of outlets, includes cash, card payment and e-wallet payment. Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safe keep cash received.

Ensure outlet operation guide is adhere to by outlet and staff at all time.

Ensure best customer experience provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaint raised by customers adequately.

Monitor and maintain outlet outlook & cleanliness and equipment, arrange for necessary maintenance if needed.

Required to participate in operational process, including preparation of beverages, handle cashier position and any other relevant task of outlets.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.

Have prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet is preferable.

Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.

Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
