A tax consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for Tax Junior, Semi-Senior, and Senior roles. Fresh graduates with basic knowledge in accounting are encouraged to apply for Junior positions, while candidates with 2+ years or 3+ years of experience in tax and pursuing professional exams are welcome for Semi-Senior and Senior roles. Responsibilities include tax computations, liaising with government departments, and client portfolio management.
Tax Junior – fresh graduates with basic knowledge in accounting.
Tax Semi-Senior – minimum 2 years working experience in the tax line with basic knowledge in accounting.
Tax Senior – minimum 3 years working experience in the tax line and currently pursuing a professional exam in the related field.
Those with relevant working experience only are encouraged to apply for Tax Semi-Senior and Senior posts.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prepare tax computations, tax returns and compliance with tax submission deadlines.
Calculating and legally minimising tax liabilities.
Liaising with the Inland Revenue Dept and Customs and Excise departments.
Provide support to the senior in providing tax consulting services.
Handle a portfolio of tax clients, including corporate, partnership and individual.
