Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) with 5-8 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review quarterly forecasted or actual corporate income tax provision.
• Manage compliance processes via applications based on USGAAP or local GAAP.
• Assist in maintaining and improving tax accounting processes via automation.

Job description

Tax accounting process (quarterly / annually)

• Preparing and/or reviewing quarterly forecasted or actual corporate income tax provision
• Preparing EAETR forecasting model (determination PBT and tax expense by legal entity)
• Preparing quarterly analytics, documentation, SOX testing, disclosure notes
• Assisting in maintaining and/or improving tax accounting processes via applications (e.g., ODTR, Workiva, or future tools) and automation (e.g., Power Automate)
• Supporting future automation opportunities in tax ledgers
• Managing compliance processes via applications (e.g., Orbitax) based on USGAAP or local GAAP, depending on legislation

Job Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) with 5-8 years of experience in accounting and taxation
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, IFRS, and local GAAP
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
