Are you passionate about developing people and driving career growth?

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Talent Developer to join TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This role is key to fostering employee development, internal mobility, and succession planning while ensuring alignment with Group HR policies and strategic priorities.

Activities

Your Impact

As a Talent Developer, you will:

  • Support employees and managers in defining development goals and implementing tailored actions (training, coaching, career reviews).
  • Facilitate career assessments and guide employees through major job transitions.
  • Manage fair and transparent internal mobility processes across TEPMY affiliates.
  • Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development of talent pools for critical roles.
  • Advise managers on workforce planning, organizational efficiency, and psychosocial risk management.
  • Assist in identifying recruitment needs and aligning resources with evolving organizational requirements.
  • Deploy HR campaigns and initiatives under the Better Together program to enhance engagement and retention.
Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, career pathing, and organizational development.
  • Proven experience in HR or employee development roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive discussions.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems.
  • Demonstrated soft skills: empathy, assertiveness, curiosity, transparency, and collaboration.
