Job Title: Talent Acquisition Senior Officer

Grade: SU – Senior Officer

Department: People & Culture

Reporting To: Talent Acquisiton Manager

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Senior Officer is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Tech roles, from requisition to onboarding and probation follow-up. This role ensures high-quality hires while maintaining strong operational, administrative, and reporting standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the crafting and review of job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates across multiple platforms and channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain hiring documents and systems, including DocuSign and HR trackers.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff involved in recruitment activities.

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Organize orientation sessions, prepare welcome kits, and facilitate introductions with team members.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Culture team to align onboarding activities with organizational culture.
  • Track probation objectives for new hires and follow up on performance during onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in Technology hiring.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for Tech roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with recruitment operations and administration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (RCM) or equivalent ATS.
  • Strong Excel, data management, and reporting skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
