As a Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources, you’ll do more than fill roles — you’ll help build a scalable, future‑ready talent engine.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strategic insight to hiring, and is ready to grow into broader talent leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Achieve

You’ll lead recruitment efforts for a designated business group, driving both short‑ and long‑term hiring strategies. You’ll own the candidate journey end‑to‑end, from sourcing to offer, while advising hiring managers and optimizing recruitment practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through advertising, referrals, direct sourcing, and networking
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess fit against hiring criteria and guide them through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with hiring managers to implement best practices, including providing best candidates experience and other assessment tools
  • Research and apply innovative, cost‑effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the TA function
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dell Technologies as an employer of choice
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in‑house), ideally from Tech Industry and knowledge in market insight
  • Proven ability to source candidates across multiple channels and build targeted talent pools
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, process‑driven, and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and scaling with a growing team
