  • Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to share best practices and align on strategic priorities.

As part of Lenovo’s Global Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will lead recruitment efforts across the Greater Asia Pacific region, covering Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, and Thailand. This role is pivotal in identifying top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
