In this role, you’ll lead a small but mighty team to drive the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments. From tech to operations to AI, the talent you and your team bring in will directly influence how fast and how far we grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering excellence and accountability.
  • Be the strategic partner to hiring managers — translating business needs into clear hiring plans and talent roadmaps.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes across all functions, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing through creative channels — job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and events.
  • Champion data-driven recruitment by tracking performance metrics and continuously improving processes.
  • Conduct senior or critical role interviews and ensure alignment with BJAK’s values and hiring bar.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint — clear communication, transparency, and empathy.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence through strategic partnerships and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of hiring trends, market shifts, and competitor benchmarks to guide business decisions.

  • Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • A problem‑solving mindset, emotional intelligence, and passion for people.
