Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to oversee recruitment across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end hiring strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong partnerships with business leaders to attract top talent. The TA Lead will manage a team of recruiters, optimize processes, and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for SEA. – Partner with regional and global stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for all SEA countries, ensuring timely and quality hires. – Drive process consistency, compliance, and data integrity across systems (Workday, Avature).
  • Team Management – Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets. – Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and talent solutions. – Manage agency relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
  • Employer Branding – Champion employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Metrics & Reporting – Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics. – Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEA talent markets and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems (Workday, Avature) and data‑driven decision‑making is an added advantage.
