As a Senior Recruiter based in Johor Bahru Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding staff, mostly based in Malaysia, as we expand internationally. You'll be responsible for organizing hiring events, reducing our reliance on external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working independently, you'll collaborate with remote teams and build relationships with local talent to meet our growing business needs.

Candidates based outside Johor Bahru are encouraged to apply if relocation is an option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee hiring for our Malaysia market, focusing mainly on Customer Experience agents and team leads, warehouse staff, and other operational support roles for the Singapore headquarters.
  • Build and maintain a local talent pipeline, supporting quick hires as business needs shift
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Collaborate remotely with the global recruitment team, based in Singapore, to align hiring strategies and share insights
  • Stay informed on Malaysia's employment regulations to ensure full compliance
