About the job Talent Acquisition Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Salary Up To RM7700

Location: Senai

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment activities, including building talent pipeline
  • Timely tracking of headcount movement including offshore and outsourced headcount
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs
  • Manage and post job advertisement; ensure documentation compliance on hiring prerequisite
  • Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Negotiation and candidates management
  • Prepare salary proposals, offer letters for new hires,
  • Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires
  • Conduct induction and orientation for new hires and exit interviews for resignees
  • Create and maintain accurate new hire records in HR system
  • Responsible and involve in employee engagement activities
  • Update and prepare monthly and quarterly manpower financial reports
  • Work with Finance on manpower budget and forecast
  • Organise and participate in external job fairs and internships
  • Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation tostudents
  • Support audits (internal and external)
  • Verify invoices for services engaged
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
  • To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and able to propose recommendations for business decisions
  • Meticulous, resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Words
  • Excellent command of Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
