A retail wellness company in Malaysia seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to develop recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and improve candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree relevant to business administration, strong communication skills, and 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience. This role involves collaborating with department leaders and managing multiple hiring priorities, ensuring compliant and efficient recruitment processes.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs across retail (nutrition, wellness).
Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
Sourcing & Screening Top Talent
Use job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry forums.
Build relationships with academic institutions and professional networks.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from application to onboarding.
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to integrate new hires effectively.
Process Management & Compliance
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance with healthcare hiring standards and labor laws.
Maintain accurate records and generate recruitment reports.
Data-Driven Insights
Track recruitment KPIs and hiring trends.
Provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
We’re looking for talent with:
Possess at least Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven 1-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across disciplines.
