About the role:

Lead & Support the recruiting function in Data Center Business Segment for Pacific/ SEA Markets by managing the administration of the post‑offer employment process, from job offer to ready‑to‑hire.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support Recruitment functional such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offers management
  • Follow up pending documentation/post‑offer preboarding, background screening and any pending task initiating and monitoring the process, obtaining required information from candidates and service vendors and reporting candidate status to stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers and HR Managers).
  • Ensure accurate and timely communications to prospective employees by preparing offer letters and providing links to company and 3rd‑party websites supporting the hiring process.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects to drive process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a 4‑year college or university in human resources or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a support role preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, moderately complex correspondence and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write complex reports and prepare standardized correspondence. Ability to modify offer letter language as requested using proper grammar. Ability to respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisor.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries and commissions.
REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard and non‑standard situations. Requires high level of analytical skills. May refer to established policies and practices to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. Utilizes existing resources and develops alternative resources.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
