Job summary

A leading professional services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a TA Assistant Manager to manage and drive campus recruitment strategies for fresh graduates. In this role, you will liaise with academic communities, organize recruitment events, and maintain the applicant database. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in campus recruitment and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Strong interpersonal and English communication skills are essential for success. This position offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end campus recruitment.
  • Experience in volume hiring is preferred.
  • Registered Psychometrician is preferred but not required.

TA Assistant Manager

Work you’ll do
  • Manage and drive campus recruitment strategies to attract fresh graduates from colleges and universities for various job openings across the firm through company career portal, job boards and social media platforms.
  • Liaise with the academic community and student organizations by promoting firm brand and to build strong relationship.
  • Organize, participate, and represent the Firm in campus recruitment events like career fairs, review school visits to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staff needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Prepare and discuss contract and job offer to successful applicants.
  • Process and review legal documents such as agreements and memoranda.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of applicant database.
  • Monitor the completeness of the pre-employment requirements of new hires.
  • Schedule and monitor results of pre-employment medical exam of candidates who already accepted the offer.
  • Coordinate with a provider to conduct background checks.
  • Create SAP account of new hires in SuccessFactors.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or similar fields is preferred
  • Work experience: At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end campus recruitment
  • Certifications: None required, Registered Psychometrician (preferred but not required)
  • Required skills:
    • Preferably with experience in volume hiring
    • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process
    • Experience utilizing HR systems and sourcing strategies/channels
    • Above-average skills in written and spoken English
    • Keen attention to detail, Strong administrative, planning, and organizational ability
    • Well-developed presentation skills, Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals
    • Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of academic community and professional organizations
