About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing the employee onboarding experience, and designing impactful training and development programs that support organizational growth.

Your mission:

Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer management and onboarding.

Conduct manpower needs analysis in collaboration with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Develop job designs and descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture.

Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking platforms.

Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a smooth recruitment process.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the organization.

Continuously review and improve onboarding materials and programs to enhance engagement and retention.

Collaborate with people team and hiring manages to ensure smooth onboarding process, setting the stage for their development.

Talent Development

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.

Design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training programs (induction, technical, soft skills, and leadership development) in alignment with business and employee needs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements for employee growth and performance.

Support a culture of learning and development by partnering with managers to implement employee development initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in combination of talent acquisition and learning & development roles. Experience in a generalist HR role with heavy exposure to both areas is a plus.

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, job analysis, and competency-based assessment.

Experience in TNA and training design/facilitation preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across functions globally.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
