As our business continues to expand across Asia, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top talent and build a high-performing team that powers our innovation.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in hiring exceptional technical professionals, ensuring we bring on board people who share our energy, creativity, and growth mindset.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source and screen high-caliber candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for positions such as software engineers, QA testers, DevOps specialists, and system administrators
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with our company culture and values
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Providing a seamless candidate experience through regular communication and feedback
  • Collecting and analysing recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall hiring process
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within technology, digital, or platform-based industries
  • Proven success in hiring technical roles (software engineers, system developers, data engineers, etc.)
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English — both written and spoken — for regional communication and candidate engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven, with a passion for finding and nurturing great talent
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, or other regional job portals
