LTH Group Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Takaful Consultant / Wealth Planner to assist individuals and families in understanding their financial protection needs and planning for a secure future. You will counsel clients on takaful solutions, build lasting relationships and contribute to business growth.

This role is open to fresh graduates; training and coaching will be provided. A positive attitude, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success and income

Qualifications

Open to fresh graduates or individuals seeking a new career in finance.
Interest in financial planning, takaful or sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, receive coaching and improve professionally.
Positive attitude, self-discipline and customer-oriented mindset.
Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide consultation on takaful and financial planning based on clients' needs.
Help clients understand the importance of financial protection, savings and future planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct marketing activities and develop new prospects.
Explain and recommend suitable takaful plans according to clients' financial needs.
Participate in training, coaching and professional development activities.
