Ikhwan Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Takaful Consultants, with opportunities on a part-time or full-time basis. No prior takaful experience required, and candidates will learn and develop new skills.

You will receive structured training, coaching, and guidance from experienced leaders, with a focus on building client networks, practicing sales and presentation skills, and growing your personal brand through social media.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree is required.
• Willing to learn and explore new skills.
• Interested in developing an additional income stream.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• No prior takaful experience required.
• Suitable for both working individuals and fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic financial and protection needs discussions with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop prospects through networking, referrals and social media.
• Provide suitable takaful solutions based on clients’ needs.
• Participate in training, coaching and team activities.
• Develop communication, sales, marketing and presentation skills.
• Build your own client network and professional network.
