Job Description:
Talent Sourcing & Market Insights
- Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, Boolean search, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings across platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Excel and prepare talent mapping and market insights using PowerPoint for hiring discussions and strategy planning.
Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities: candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Assist country TA teams with administrative processes to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and Abbott’s internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Business Partnership & Inclusive Hiring
- Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives to attract talent from underrepresented backgrounds.
- Provide guidance on inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Abbott’s Diversity & Inclusion goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Familiarity with the APAC talent landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles.
