This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
You will:
- Work with the leadership in developing and building the Salesforce and Digital solutions practice
- Subject Matter Expert as it relates to digital and customer strategy, digital transformation, digital architecture, and large‑scale customer platform implementations and delivery
- Serve as Digital and Salesforce sales leader to focus on sales to market leading clients with digital technology solutions for various Industries.
- Continue to evolve the local market segments across Southeast Asia, managing teams from a structure, talent, and competence perspective
- Grow the Salesforce offerings focused on core platform, industry solutions, marketing and commerce areas. Priority for industry solutions will be Telco and Utilities sectors
- Develop net new accounts with multi‑year revenue potential in line with your managed NSR targets
- Drive profitable service delivery as per the firm engagement metrics
- Belief in client centricity with a commitment to deliver top class client service and relationships
- Take active leadership in talent identification, recruiting and retaining the practitioners aligned to Sales & Service Transformation offering
- Develop and sustain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with the clients, firm stakeholders and team
Your role as a leader:

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
- Strong background in selling and delivering Salesforce based projects, across different industries.
- Ability to bring, build industry and partner network to build and drive business growth.
- Strong track record in building, managing / exceeding sales targets
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce platform in an enterprise or consulting environment.
- At least 15+ years overall development and architecture experience, preferably with specific industry verticals.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform, apps, and ability to conceptualize and build industry solutions.
- Strong consulting and/or Salesforce technology implementation experience.
- Strong relationship building and communications skills.
- Experience designing and implementing technology‑enabled business solutions in client‑facing and team leadership roles (e.g. Programme lead, business transformation lead, solution architect, project manager).
- Ability to fostering strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside client and product team to implement effective user experiences.
- Willing to push beyond the current capabilities and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
