T&T Senior Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Delivery Lead) - MY
Senior Consultant role leading SAP ETP As A Service solutions in Malaysia, responsible for both support and project implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Assigned as Level 2/3 AMS support: render 2nd/3rd level AMS support for escalated issues, perform in‑depth production incident troubleshooting, resolve incidents, and monitor fixes to meet SLA.
- Identify and perform problem management to reduce re‑occurring issues, present root cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes within agreed time‑frames.
- Lead discussions on high‑level solution design for medium‑to‑complex enhancements, estimate effort, and ensure end‑to‑end solutioning, testing, and delivery within agreed timeframes and quality.
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and SOPs.
- Fully comply with all AMS processes, procedures and client IT policies.
- Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- As a project team member, support delivery of solution applications and develop work products that address client business needs.
- Support project teams in developing presentation materials and communications with clients.
- Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations, and publications.
Requirements
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, with at least 6–8 years of experience as a support team lead/member or implementation team lead/member in SAP FICO/ SAP Basis/ SAP MM.
- Strong knowledge of integration to related modules/sub‑modules to understand end‑to‑end business process and conduct testing.
- Experience in basic technical debugging (advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team (advantage).
- Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on‑premise platforms.
- Experience with waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
- Certifications in SAP applications and/or ITIL or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, Agile) are an added advantage.
- Good command of English language.
- Ability to lead/facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes.
- Pro‑active, resourceful, and able to rally team members to deliver tasks on time.
- Flexibility to work on client business days and office hours, including rotations for critical requests after hours.
- Willingness to travel to client sites if required.
