Job Summary
The role involves providing 2nd/3rd level application managed services (AMS) support, troubleshooting production incidents, delivering enhancements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- You may be assigned as Level 2 / Level 3 AMS support. In this role you are expected to:
- Collaborate with functional teams to provide 2nd/3rd level AMS support by performing in‑depth production incident troubleshooting, resolve incidents and monitor fixes to ensure correct resolution according to the agreed SLA.
- Deliver simple to medium complexity enhancements within the agreed timeframe and quality.
- Maintain documentation following firm standards, best practices and procedures.
- Fully comply with AMS processes, procedures and client IT policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes.
- You may be assigned as part of a project team to implement applications. In this role you are expected to:
- Support the project teams in developing work products that address client business needs and strategic goals.
- Assist in developing presentation materials, documentation and in coordinating communications with the client.
- Work with diverse project team members to solve problems, improve performance and generate value for clients across industries.
- Uphold firm standards and ethos in interactions with teammates and clients.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations and publications.
Qualifications
- 6‑10 years of hands‑on development experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support or implementation team member, including SAP Basis/Slman (PI/PO, Integration Suite, Security).
- Technical proficiency in systems development, strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving skills and issue management in a multi‑platform environment.
- Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on‑premise platforms.
- Experience working with traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
- Certifications in the above applications and/or ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, DevOps are advantageous.
- Good command of the English language.
- Analytical thinking and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Pro‑active, able to work independently and deliver tasks on time.
- Flexibility to take on new solutions/applications and ensure successful integration and support.
- Willingness to work during client business days and hours, including rotations after office hours.
- Ability to travel to client sites if required.
