The Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) unit is focused on addressing corporate management challenges with technology and digital expertise, jointly promoting and supporting transformation, and contributing to further corporate value creation. In Southeast Asia, the unit supports clients ranging from establishing new companies to redesigning business units, providing comprehensive consulting services that blend strategy, architecture, and technology delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage mixed local and JCS teams in the delivery of technology‑driven transformation projects, ensuring alignment with key objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with industry, M&A, and cloud strategy consultants to develop and deliver tailored DX strategies, new digital organizations, and technology architecture plans.
  • Support client transformation from advisory to implementation and operation using ServiceNow and other Deloitte solutions, focusing on IT business transformation, employee experience improvement, and industry‑specific DX.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive optimization plans for enterprise IT, including architecture redesign, legacy modernization, digital platforms, and cloud journeys.
  • Demonstrate leadership by developing diverse, high‑performing teams, building productive relationships, making informed decisions, and delivering superior value and high‑quality results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience in projects at a consulting firm, vendor, or systems integrator related to the themes described in this role (e.g., SCM, enterprise architecture, digital transformation).
  • Experience managing global projects with mixed teams including local members and delivering project outcomes.
  • Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities and leading project execution.
  • Native‑level Japanese proficiency and business‑level or higher English proficiency, or vice‑versa.
  • Current employment at a consulting firm, IT vendor, or SIer with engineering or architectural experience (cloud, data architecture, etc.).
  • Experience with implementation and operation of ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Experience in conceptualizing, establishing, and executing new businesses and in planning and proposing business plans from a technology department perspective.
  • Experience driving transformation in business reform and in consulting projects focused on Southeast Asia.
  • Strong motivation to promote client transformation, propose solutions to executives such as CIOs and CDOs, and actively develop new services and customer value.
