Job summary

Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategy, policy, and organizational design across Southeast Asia.

You will guide reforms and implement scalable HR systems to support growth in the region. The role focuses on leading deployments of HR platforms such as SuccessFactors and Workday, unlocking talent-data capabilities, and transforming HR operations to enable strategic decision-making.

• Experience implementing and scaling HR systems across Southeast Asia.
