As a Manager on the Corporate Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Southeast Asia (SEA) leadership teams and stakeholders in advancing strategic priorities while aligning with the firm’s vision.

In this role, you will support the firm’s corporate strategy and planning agenda. You will be a key member of the team performing primary and secondary research, data analysis, competitive analysis and benchmarking, strategy workshops, and firm communications. You will also drive corporate development initiatives such as acquisitions, market scans, business case development, due diligence, and post‑merger integration – in line with the overall strategy of the firm.

You may also be assigned to drive ad hoc firm strategic projects.

Requirements
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience with a leading organization, ideally with experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy from a strong brand.
  • Structured thinker with exceptional problem‑solving ability and strong attention to details. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationships with stakeholders and work together with people from various backgrounds and levels to ensure successful execution of programs.
  • Experience and skills to drive insights, develop initiatives and engage stakeholders across different functions to set strategic directions and rationale that lead to operational change and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills; experienced in structuring and developing presentation materials for formal communications.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment.

  • This position is based in Singapore and requires minimal travel. Applicants must currently reside in and be authorized to work in Singapore; relocation support is not provided.
