As a Resource Management team, you will play a key role in efficiently managing practitioners’ schedules to ensure client satisfaction, optimizing the firm’s utilization and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • To assign resources to engagements. The entire process involves a high degree of interdependence and mutual trust between the Scheduling function, projects and individuals.
  • Working closely with engagement leads to help meeting our business objectives of delivering improved services and value to our clients
  • To ensure that each engagement team is provided with the best team of people, combining industry experience with technical and functional knowledge to ensure maximum commercial advantage;
  • Provide various management reports on availability and utilization to management on a weekly basis.
  • Working closely with other operation functions i.e. Human Resource and Recruitment to manage long term resource planning and provide inputs for sourcing purposes.

Requirements

You will need to be highly motivated, confident and solutions focused with the ability to think strategically. You must be prepared to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.
