Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure.
• Provide user support for PCs, laptops, and office equipment.
• Support enterprise applications and system upgrades.
• Assist with Dealer Management System (DMS) operations.
• Perform basic AS/400 tasks such as monitoring and user access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
