The incumbent is responsible to support to the Company goals by meeting and exceeding their expectations on Customer Service Delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  • The incumbent is responsible to provide an efficient support to company goals by meeting & exceeding their expectation on policy servicing related processes
  • Manage production incident and ensure accuracy before signing off
  • Manage system enhancement and ensure accuracy before signing off
  • Manage and support product launching and ensure system readiness before and after launching
  • Ensure periodic statement is sent out as per the time line set by regulator and internally
  • Ensure checklist is used for new product launching
  • Undertake project and task assigned
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience specializing in User Acceptance Testing, System Support or equivalent from insurance companies.
  • Strong knowledge on life insurance practices, insurance products and policy servicing processes.
  • High level integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Able to work under pressure.
