A logistics and supply chain company in Klang City is seeking a System & Process Improvement Executive to lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves analyzing data, managing projects, and training staff on new processes. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2–5 years of experience in 3PL operations, along with proficiency in English and Mandarin. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant operational enhancements.
1. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Analyze warehouse data and prepare reports to identify improvement areas.
Lead and implement Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and share best practices.
Manage operational costs, prepare investment proposals, and conduct operational reviews.
Serve as a key user and expert for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
2. Project Implementation & Management
Lead end-to-end warehouse implementation projects, including new site launches and workflow setup.
Define project scope, resources, timeline, and budget.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and track progress against milestones.
Conduct regular reviews, communicate updates, and elevate issues as needed.
Oversee post-implementation support and project closure.
Support WMS setup, configuration, and testing for new and existing sites.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide first‑level operational support.
Evaluate and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system integrations.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
4. Training, Documentation & Change Management
Develop and conduct training on new processes, SOPs, and system features.
Drive change management to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
Prepare and maintain clear process documentation and training materials.
Identify on‑floor training needs and validate SOPs against actual operations.
